ну да, без прокси я не могу в интернет попасть.
прокси настроен, firefox работает - вот, через него пишу.
а вот то, куда они посылают - в "Change proxy settings" - это место в гуглохроме уже лет несколько как НЕДОСТУПНО. а солидная вроде контора...
